Lacrosse Gets Back to Their Winning Ways
After having their two-game winning streak snapped on Wednesday night to a strong Mercer squad, the Williamson lacrosse team wasted little time in bouncing back with a big NCLL Liberty division game victory over Rutgers Camden by a score of 12-4.
Williamson scored their first goal in under two minutes and never looked back, as they rolled to a 5-1 lead at half. They then increased that lead to 8-2 at the end of three quarters before ending up with the 12-4 triumph.
The win moves Williamson to 3-3 overall and 2-2 in Liberty division play. They take a huge step up next Friday, as they play host to Hudson Valley Community College in a 6:00 P.M. start.
