Another Big Start, Another Victory
Just as they did in their previous two games, the Williamson lacrosse team jumped out to a big early lead that propelled them to their second straight road win, this time over host Sussex County Community College, 16-9.
Leading the way for Williamson was junior Cooper Conroy and freshman Seamus Bohannan who both scored four goals apiece. Conroy also added four assists to go with his quartet of goals. Matt Dickinson added three goals and three assists, while Rob Wagner added two goals and two assists. Justin Minch, Josh Kirkpatrick and Chris Meiklejohn each added one goal.
Jack Welsh had 10 saves in net, while C.J. McCue added three as well for Williamson.
Williamson next hosts Mercer County College on Wednesday night at 7:00 P.M. before hitting the road again next Friday against Anne Arundel.
