10 Members of Football Named All-Seaboard Conference

10 Members of Football Named All-Seaboard Conference

MEDIA, Pa. - 10 members of the Williamson College of the Trades football team were named All-Seaboard Conference as announced by the league. 

Nathan Barnshaw, Kaseem Cotton, Dominick Gallo, Logan Peck, Adam Simmins, Yassir Smith, Carson Steinruck and Chase Witmayer were all selected to the First Team. Derek Burke and Jaylen Peace were Second Team honorees. 

Barnshaw was the top tight end in the conference, makingh 15 catches for 166 yards and three touchdowns. He pulled in five passes for 63 yards and two scores in the season finale against CAPP Academy.

Gallo made 19 tackles on the season with six sacks. He has a sack in six of the eight games for the Mechanics. He also recorded three pass breakups and had two fumble recoveries.

Peck had 43 tackes on the season, adding three sacks and an interception that returned for a score against CAPP.

Steinruck was the First Team punter, averaging 36.0 yards per kick through 25 kicks. He landed 40 percent of his punts inside the 20-yard line.

Witmayer had 25 tackes on the season with two sacks. He was a major disruptor in the backfield with 8,.5 tackles for loss.

Cotton, Simmins and Smith were all selected as First Team offensive linemen. 

Burke tallied 12 stops for Williamson with 2.5 TFL.

Peace had 33 tackles with a sack and 10 tackles for loss.
