Staats Claims National Title at NCWA Championships

SHREVEPORT, La. - Nurrideen Ahmad-Statts is the newest national champion for Williamson College of the Trades wrestling.

Staats, seeded first overall, earned an 18-0 tech fall against Edward Davis of West Chester at 184 lbs.

The championship concluded an undefeated season for Statts, earning him his first national championship and his second All-America honor.
